I bought the 2662 to replace my other machine-also a Singer. The 2662 is very basic and very affordable at $179.00. I can’t remember where I bought it, probably Wal-Mart. The basic stitches turn out great but some are questionable in quality. After several months of frequent usage the thread started getting caught in the tensioner.
