Auto threading and tension is the selling point of this serger. One should really demo it at a local dealership to see the benefits. A DVD is included for instructions on Jet-Air Threading. Be sure your local dealer offers free classes and get the helpful workbook. The workbook is not free, but a little negotiating when you’re finally ready to purchase should fix that–it’s not cheap serger after all.

Threading on this serger is sooo easy!! It uses the Jet-Air Threading system. Automatic tension is a life saver!! Thick layers not a problem at all. Great stitch quality and great machine all around. Definitely recommended.
